Founded in 1985 as McLib’s Country Dumplings, we have perfected the technique of making southern style dumplings. For years we have dedicated ourselves to delivering a product of consistently high quality and have built strong consumer confidence and loyalty to the product.

McLib’s Southern Dumplings result from the freshest and highest quality raw ingredients, new state of the art equipment and skilled dumpling makers. The unique manufacturing process produces a consistently high quality product.

There are absolutely no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives added to our dumplings!

Ingredients: ALL PURPOSE FLOUR (SOFT RED WINTER WHEAT, FLOUR SALT, SODIUM ALUMINUM PHOSPHATE, SODIUM BICARBONATE, NIACIN, IRON, THIAMIN, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID) WATER; CONTAINS WHEAT. ALLERGEN INFORMATION: CONTAINS WHEAT.
